6/20/08 - Girls Lacrosse 2008 stats done

On the Sports link (above) under Girls Lacrosse, check out the 2008 webpage for the Girls Lacrosse team. Thanks to Coach Ali Hoffman for loaning the scorebook to the Alumni Association, so we could add the girls season stats to the page. The Alumni Association hopes to be able to look at other sports score books, so we can add those teams to the sports pages.

5/14/08 - Lester Bean - name to be added to Memorial Rock

On Friday, May 23rd, at 3:45 pm, Lester Bean's name will be added to the Memorial Rock. The dedication will take place at Kingswood before the Knights baseball game. Lester Bean was a "founding father of the athletic fields" and was also instrumental in the forming of the first baseball teams at Kingswood. He also served as Transprotation Supervisor for many years. Lester Bean's will be the third to be honored, and name placed on Memorial Rock. The other two are, Robert Hale and Barry Tibbetts. All are welcome to attend.

2/12/08 - Kingswood Alumni and staff - Can you help?

For almost 4 years, a small group of 10 alumni have worked to establish an Alumni Associaton for Kingswood. We would like to expand the Association but we are limited by our small work force. There are many tasks that need attention, perhaps there is a task or two that would suit you. Our next meeting is April 1, 2008 in the KRHS Library. We'd be very happy to see you. Feel free to bring a classmate or techer or alumni.

10/22/07 - Big time games!

Patroits vs Dolphins --- Celtics vs Lakers --- Red Sox vs Yankees --- Kingswood vs Kennett

Friday Oct 26th under the lights at Kingswood. The last football game of the season as Kingswood takes on Kennett. Who will take the Carroll County trophy home this year? Kingswood did in 2006, can they repeat?

Also, a ceremony to honor and remember Barry Tibbetts will take place at halftime at Memorial Rock. The rock is located behind the fence around home plate of the softball field. A name plate of BARRY TIBBETTS will be added to Memorial Rock. Join us as we remember Barry - a Kingswood Alumni, teacher, coach and great friend.

8/15/07 - Alumni Basketball Games

Saturday - November 24, 2007.  The Alumni Basketball Games are scheduled for this evening. If you are a Kingswood Alumni Basketball player and would like to play, send us an email with your name, grad year and contact information. We are looking for Alumni players for both the girls and boys games.

8/4/07 - 1999 Kingswood Hockey video clip - Division 2 State Champs

7/4/07 - Database - alumni emails

We have received a few emails from alumni that have entered their contact info into the the database, and others cannot see their email. (?) In order to have your email seen, YOU MUST click the YES button at the bottom of the form that asks, "Publish your email address?"

If you have created an account, simply "Enter the Database", "Log In" and then click on "My Account." You will see the form you filled out and can make any changes you want. Do this as often as you need to.

6/23/07 - Class of 1987 20th Reunion

Oct. 20, 2007 from 6 pm to 10 pm at The Kingswood Golf Club. Click on the "class of" link above, then on the "1987" link to go to your class page with all the details about your 20th reunion. You can also email your class rep. Kristen is listed on the "reunions & class reps" link, also above.

6/13/07 - Class of 1967 Reunion Update

5/25/07 - Kingswood Alumni Hockey Game

The Kingswood Alumni Hockey Game has a confirmed date and time. Friday, November 23, 2007, 7:00 pm start time at the Pop Whalen rink in Wolfeboro. A Kingswood Alumni Team will play the 2007-08 Kingswood Hockey Team in a non-check game. This will be a fast paced game that will be your first look at the 2007-08 Knights Team, as well as remember the past Kingswood Teams.

We can use your help... If you can make a donation to help fund this event, it would be greatly appreciated. We are hoping to produce a game program that will be filled with team photos from past seasons, along with rosters, player stats, season records and game scores - a must for any Kingswood Hockey fan or player! You can place an ad or have your business card printed in the program.

5/19/07 - Photos

The Alumni Association is looking for school related photos. If you have a photo or more and can send us a copy, we would appreciate it. We are looking for any photo - band, plays, clubs, prom, sports, fellow classmates, teachers, on the bus.... anything Kingswood related. Please include date, where, who's in the photo, any info you can provide us with. By sending us a copy of a photo, we will assume that you are giving us permission to use them on the website. If you would like a credit with the photo, let us know and it'll be done.

Have you seen the Sports Pages yet? We would love photos from games, team photos or individual players. We would like to add these photos to our Sports pages. Thanks for your help!

5/18/07 - Database

Our database is ready. Please take a minute to enter your contact information into the database, so you will be contacted when a reunion is coming up. You can do this clicking on the "alumni database" in the upper right corner of this page. Enter the Database and then click on "Create Your Account." Fill out the form, and remember or write down your user name and password, you will need those to Log In to the database each time you visit the database. Notice at the bottom of the form the 3 YES / NO buttons. They are set to NO, click on YES to change. I recomend clicking YES for publish email. This will allow other alumni that have accounts to see your email so they can contact you. Your choice of course! If you leave all buttons set to NO, only your name and class year will be seen. You can update your account at any time.
